The Challenge: The Lorna Jane story began 25 years ago when founder Lorna Jane Clarkson single-handedly revolutionised women’s fitness clothing and began building the Active Living category. There are now more than 180 stores worldwide and 45 international stockists with the brand.

But Lorna Jane’s powerful mantra of “Move Nourish Believe” had never been truly activated within digital channels. Our task was to unlock the value of this mantra for a new generation of digitally-savvy women.

The Solution: We put Lorna Jane’s famous ‘Move Nourish Believe’ mantra into the hands of active women all over the world via an app. Users can track their movement, access delicious recipes and receive daily inspiration, all through their phone.

This must-have accessory for the active girl on the go lets users experience everything the brand’s three pillared mantra ‘Move Nourish Believe’ has to offer.

‘Move’ allows users to track their daily moves across 15 different activities including spin class, boxing, cross fit and yoga, ‘Nourish’ provides access to hundreds of healthy and delicious recipes which can be bookmarked for later, and ‘Believe’ delivers a daily dose of inspiration straight to their phone.

Users can even personalise the app to suit their needs and engage with the entire Lorna Jane community across all three sections.

The app also allows users to access the brand’s new Active Living Rewards program.

The program encourages women to live their very best active lives every day, by earning reward points when they shop in Lorna Jane stores, which can later be redeemed for Lorna Jane gift cards.

Results:

Australian women have enjoyed over 1.8 million sessions with the app since August.

Active Nation Day promotion in-app drove $40k of online store purchases in a single weekend.
